SUNSPOT | Born in Brazil, it was after his power's activation that he came to America to attend Xavier's Institute. Upon joining the New Mutants, he instantly became BFFS with Sam Guthrie, becoming completely inseparable as far as best buds went. They shared everything, and the one thing that Sam hadn't factored in to the equation was Berto's playful, promiscuous nature landing him in bed with Sam's then-girlfriend, Tabitha Smith. They've still been at odds, despite facing teamwork on New Mutants. Berto still hopes to rekindle the bromance to it's fullest. |
